Tour Park House, Melbourne, by Mim Design, Pleysier Perkins
Park Dwelling, once a Presbyterian manse, was developed in 1856 in the Williamstown region of Melbourne. 1 of city’s oldest surviving properties, it is suitably established and rugged, modest and squat. Neighborhood architecture company Pleysier Perkins was billed by the house’s new entrepreneurs with its sensitive restoration and discovering area for a discreet but significant and indulgence-friendly extension. City of Hoboken unveils expanded Southwest Resiliency Park design
Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City of Hoboken today unveiled the final concept design for the expanded Southwest Resiliency Park that will serve the dual purpose of providing recreation space and flood mitigation. The expansion doubles the size of the existing one-acre Southwest Resiliency Park at 58 Jackson Street, and will include six pickleball courts, a centrally located shaded plaza with tables and seating, a playground for children, a full basketball court, restroom facilities, and rain garden plantings. A wildlife-friendly front garden, a post-pandemic working from home back garden, and a garden dedicated to those suffering from long Covid were among the winners at the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park 2022. 10 medals were awarded in the Gardens category at RHS Tatton, with designs providing visitors with plenty of practical, take-home ideas. Four months ago, the already-hot Boulder commercial real estate market saw what could be one of its most consequential deals yet, when BioMed Realty LLC purchased a 1-million-square-foot portfolio in the Flatiron Park business campus — located east of 55th Street between Arapahoe Avenue and Pearl Parkway — for $625 million.
