City Gets First Look at Proposed Bruce’s Beach Memorial Garden | Manhattan Beach CA – Manhattan Beach News

Nonetheless, councilmembers appeared most interested in the 1st style choice, which capabilities a circular pathway close to the plaque. “I genuinely like this design mainly because it is really impactful,” claimed Mike Garcia, whose organization, Enviroscape LA, was hired to layout the back garden. “It almost appears to be like a keyhole – you could almost say this is the ‘key’ to the long run.” The memorial backyard garden would be accessed from the Japanese-most facet of Bruce’s Seashore…

Tour a Modern Downtown Manhattan Home With French Flair

Ziel Feldman is in good company. At least that’s what the real-estate developer at the center of one of the most spectacular meltdowns in recent memory has been telling himself. The Manhattan real-estate industry is a game of winners and losers, Feldman says, and even titans lose big sometimes. Over the past 18 months, Feldman’s firm, HFZ Capital Group, has been obliterated by foreclosures and investor lawsuits, a collapse that has dredged up unflattering details about the company’s…

The developers are aiming to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications for the building, which is located between East 55th and 56th Streets.
