Glasgow’s Waterloo Bar donates Jubilee decoration budget to soup kitchen
A PUB in Glasgow city centre is donating its budget for Jubilee decorations to a local homeless soup kitche. The Waterloo Bar, on Argyle Street, is making the £300 donation to Homeless Project Scotland help feed people in need in the city. Bosses said in a Facebook post that the decision would not be dictated by “political or religious” beliefs, but rather by “common sense”. They wrote: “To all our customers.
