Saturday, Dec. 31 A New Years Eve Celebration is set for 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Midland Center for the Arts. Sip on sparkling soda, make unique New Years Eve crowns, and more as we celebrate the start of 2023. There will be a balloon drop at noon.
