A new office tower on the rise in Uptown has its first tenant, a firm already very familiar with the project site. Chicago Title will occupy 20,000 square feet of office space in The Quad, the 12-story tower Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners is building at Howell and Routh streets in Uptown. The global title insurer has had 15,600 square feet of office space in 2828 Routh St., an existing building on the same block as The Quad, for more than a decade.
