The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has identified a suspect who is in custody in connection with the death of Michael “Mickey” Sodoro, 70.According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, Sodoro’s family reported him missing around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.The sheriff’s office said it went to check a house near 193rd and Q which had been purchased by Sodoro’s family to be used as a rental property.When deputies arrived around 6:30 a.m., Sodoro was found dead inside the house. According to the news release, an autopsy revealed Sodoro died of a gunshot wound.The sheriff’s office said an investigation revealed that Ross S. Lorello III met Sodoro at the property. DCSO said Sodoro was showing Lorello the home.According to the sheriff’s office, deputies believe Lorello is responsible for Sodoro’s death.This is an ongoing investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
