Romanza’s stunning interior design showcased in Naples’ luxury custom home

The magic created by Romanza Interior Design is on full display in a London Bay Homes-built luxury private custom home on Gulf Shore Boulevard. Designed by MHK Architecture & Planning, the expansive gulf-view home of Rob and Cathy Funderburg is the ideal stage for a truly inspired design showcasing both the personality and aesthetic of its homeowners and the expertise of Romanza’s Senior Design Director, Jennifer Stevens.

“The Funderburgs brought really clear ideas of what they wanted in their home’s interior design,” said Stevens. “The whole process, from concept to completion, was really a collaborative team effort. For example, we incorporated a favorite piece into the wine room from American artist Jennifer Bartlett that was important to Rob and Cathy.”

Stevens employed a crisp white-on-white design throughout the home, with warm wood flooring unifying the great room, dining area and kitchen. White painted wood trim details on the ceilings add coastal flair and architectural interest. Here, a beautiful plaster range hood complements with a full height soapstone splash, a Lacanche stove and a show-stopping marble waterfall island. The refrigerator seamlessly disappears into streamlined cabinetry adorned with antique brass hardware.
