There’s one big advantage to looking for a home in the middle of winter: You can quickly see which towns can handle snow, and which can’t. Verona is definitely in the first group. Our Department of Public Works made streets passable less than 24 hours after last Monday’s winter storm and, other than the giant piles of snow in our yards, we are pretty clear.
