Neal Communities has broken ground on two models at Kings Gate, in Port Charlotte.
Neal Communities opened its sales center at this 55-plus community in June 2020, marking its first entry into the Charlotte County market. Sales are already underway.
Neal Communities offers 176 attached-villa homesites and 12 single-family homesites at Kings Gate. Floor plans range from 1,443 to 1,709 square feet, with options suited for buyers interested in year-round homes or seasonal residences.
