
NORMAN — The Festival of Homes, organized by the Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma, is set for two weekends, June 4-6 and June 11-13, with 19 new homes open free to the public in Norman, Moore, south Oklahoma City and Newcastle.
Festival hours will be 1 to 7 p.m. each day. For details, go to basco-festival.com/, or pick up a festival guide book at 7-Eleven starting Thursday.
“With the current real estate market demand soaring right now, there’s never been a better time for the Festival of Homes,” the organizers said. “This is the perfect opportunity for new home buyers to see and experience the quality that can be given by local home builders. It’s also a great chance to see the latest trends in home design and available technology.”
The festival will feature two show homes, at 705 Timber Trail in Vintage Creek in Norman, built by Denali Homes, owned by Kelly Webb and financed by Armstrong Bank; and at 2508 Summit Crossing Parkway in Summit Lakes, also in Norman, built by Liberty Homes, owned by Dusty Johnston and financed by Great Plains Bank.
Other builders in the festival are 1st Oklahoma Homes, Armstrong Homes, Brookfield Custom Homes, Custom Builders of Oklahoma, Landmark Fine Homes, Marvin Haworth Homes, Sheridan Homes LLC and Stonewall Homes LLC.
