Fort Worth Fall Home & Garden Show Debuts at Will Rogers Memorial Center This Weekend

This summer has flown by, fall is just around the corner, and heralding the approach of cooler months is the first annual Fort Worth Fall Home & Garden Show — debuting at the Will Rogers Memorial Center this weekend. The free, three-day event will showcase the latest in home and garden from hundreds of exhibitors.

Featured guest Howard Garrett, perhaps better known as “The Dirt Doctor,” will be providing advice on natural organic gardening, pest control, and yard restoration. The Tarrant County Master Gardener Association will also dish out its localized expertise on soil care and plant choices. Not only that, but guests will have the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of Texas birds of prey thanks to the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center.

Attendees looking to improve their home and yard will find local vendors from categories such as builders and remodelers, landscape and garden supplies, pools, kitchen and bath, roofing, and even yard art.

“Home-based projects and improvements are top of mind more than ever after increased time at home in response to the pandemic, and our vendors are thrilled to share their expert advice, the latest trends, and new products,” Pam Rogers, vice president of strategic planning and development at Show Technology Productions, said in a statement.

Running the event is Show Technology Productions, a producer of home and garden shows across the country (this is different from the Fort Worth Home and Garden Show that typically takes place at Will Rogers each year). The production team has implemented several precautions due to COVID-19, including hand sanitizer stations and routine disinfection.

Show hours are Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Find out more at showtechnology.com
